Equipment is composed of three parts: feeding roller, main machine, discharge roller. Main machine include the base, two sets of symmetrical width adjustable slider, transfer device, positioning device, welding device, two sets of MIG welding machine, compressed air system and electric control system.

Machine is easy to be operated, the operator adjust the slider according to corrugated fin width before operated and input the parameters into the touch screen, such as welding corrugated fin (height, Corrugation Pitch distance) and welding speed, welding form, etc.

The operator put the corrugated fin into main machine from the feeding roller by manual, the sensor set up at the entrance of main equipment start to operate automatically after receiving the signal.
