The SSW Series is an automatic straight-seam welding machine designed for fabricating metallic cylinders, ventilation pipe sections, and aligned plates. The system combines a purpose-built automatic seam mechanism with a separate welding power source.
Listed applications include straight welding of stainless steel, iron, aluminum, and brass workpieces where controlled clamping, repeatable travel, and reduced distortion are important. The automatic mechanism uses PLC control and a DC motor drive.
Welding speed is continuously adjustable from 300 to 2,000 mm/min, and the mechanism is described as having an interface for connecting a welding power source. Supported source types listed for the series include TIG, MIG, MAG, submerged arc welding, and plasma arc welding.
