The DIGI-TIG 250ACDC is a portable, air-cooled IGBT inverter welding machine for AC/DC pulse TIG and DC MMA welding. Its TIG output range is 5–250 A, while the MMA range is 5–200 A.
The unit operates from a single-phase 230 V, 50/60 Hz input and has a stated input power capacity of 9.2 kVA, an 80 V no-load voltage, and a 60% rated duty cycle.
Digital controls provide adjustable pulse frequency from 0.5 to 250 Hz, pulse width from 0.1 to 0.9, AC frequency from 25 to 250 Hz, AC balance from 10% to 90%, gas post-flow from 0 to 25 seconds, and up/down slope time from 0 to 10 seconds. TIG starting supports both lift and high-frequency modes.
Additional controls include 2T/4T operation, AC/DC mixed pulsed TIG, advanced square-wave AC TIG, and ten selectable memories. MMA functions include hot arc start, arc force, and anti-stick. A 32-bit MCU is specified for the control system. The machine measures 560 × 240 × 460 mm and has a stated net weight of 28 kg.
Standard accessories are a 4 m TIG torch, an earth-clamp cable with a 300 A clamp, a welding cable with a 300 A electrode holder, and a 2 m gas hose. Listed optional accessories include an amperage-control TIG torch, foot pedal, regulator, and water cooler.
