These two products are also consumable parts and are one of the most important consumables in plasma thermal spraying. Our company is a manufacturer specializing in the production of plasma spray electrodes and nozzles (also known as plasma cathodes and anodes, tungsten copper cathodes, and tungsten copper anodes).
Supply of plasma thermal spraying 9MB nozzles and electrodes The 9MB plasma spray gun is a versatile tool in the thermal spray industry, known for its high power and compatibility with a variety of process gases including argon, helium, hydrogen and nitrogen.
It comes in machine-mounted and handheld variants, with the machine-mounted version weighing 3.6kg and the handheld version weighing 3kg.
The 9MB series are well-known plasma spray guns, especially the Metco 9MB model, The 9mb nozzle has two structures, one is pure copper without tungsten inlay;the other is a copper inlaid tungsten nozzle. For nozzles containing tungsten, we can back cast the nozzle. Backcasting is more expensive, but also lasts longer.
Advantages of copper inlaid tungsten nozzle. Copper blowout can be eliminated by inlaying tungsten into the copper nozzle. Tungsten performs better in a plasma arc due to its higher wear resistance compared to copper, so they can help control process excursions for longer service life.
Tungsten-containing nozzles last longer and reduce gun maintenance compared to standard 9MB nozzles. It can reduce waste materials and reduce the number of nozzle replacements. The conventional consumable accessories of the 9MB plasma spray gun include electrodes and nozzles.
